All our suction hose will be disapcthed on a next day service. 

Cut-Off Time: We would reccomend ordering before midday (12:00) to receive the hose the following day. 

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking inforamtion once we have disapcthed your order.

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Suction Hose Shop is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Suction Hose Shop will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Suction Hose Shop is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Suction Hose Shop will offer a full refund on our Handset if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our products.
